Bench row; 35/10, 35/10, 40/10
Seated row; 90/12, 100/12, 100/11
Leg curl; 100/10 (warm up) 115/10, 120/9, 120/9
Single leg curl; 40/12, 40/12, 45/10
Cardio; 40 min. treadmill 3.3 speed, 5.0 incline

*Awesome workout today, even though it's Sat. and I don't have to work I still keep a quick pace. Burn baby, burn.
