In. db press; 35/10 (warm up) 45/9, 45/9, 45/7
Flat fly; 35/12, 40/12, 40/10
In. db curl; 25/6, 25/6 (warm up) 30/6, 30/6, 30/6
Cable curl; 42.5/10 (warm up) 45/10, 50/10, 50/8
Cardio; 30 mins ellpictal

*Tried 35lb db curls in the third set and failed badly so back I went to 30's. Oh well, better luck next time.
