Front squats; 40/8, 40/8 (warm up) 50/8, 60/8, 60/8, 70/8
Db stiff legged deadlifts; 55/10 (warm up) 60/10, 65/10, 65/10
Hack squat, on Hammer Strength machine; 180/10 (warm up) 270/10, 320/10, 360/7
Leg extension; 180/10, 180/10, 180/9
Seated calf raise ss; 3 sets of 15 @ 90lbs
w/ split squat; 3 sets of 8 @ 50lbs
15 min cool down
